Q: What language should my creative be in?
A: If your spot is airing on an English station, your spot must be in English. If your spot is airing on a French station, your spot must be in French. If your spot is airing on a specialty language station, confirm the language of the station/your spot with your Sales Representative.
Q:What is the cancellation policy in Canada?
A: The industry standard policy across Canada is that schedules less than 4 weeks cannot be cancelled. Beyond that, 4 weeks' notice is required prior to cancelling inventory.

Q: Is cable available locally in Canada?
A: Cable, or Specialty as it's known in Canada, is sold on a National level only. There are a few stations with exceptions, typically for sports stations, where regional coverage is offered.

Q: Are rates in Gross or Net dollars?
A: As of 12/30 forward, all broadcast groups will be quoting rates in Net Canadian dollars. All rates are subject to change after 5 business days from the original date issued. To read the press release about the shift from Gross to Net billing, please click here.
